Repairs and Returns

Our general return policy:

  1. If your product is unopened and in original package and the return process is initiated within 90 days - Simply ship the product back to us and we will waive the restocking fee and refund you the full price of the item.
  2. If your product is opened but still in the original package and the return process is initiated within 30 days - Simply ship the product back to us and you will be refunded the full price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.
  3. If there are any defects or errors caused by us, we will certainly waive all restocking fees and pay return shipping for you.

*Miraco products fall under a different return policy. Miraco products may only be returned if they are in 100% salable condition. Please contact us before returning any products.
