Return Policy

Unlike many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back within 90 days of purchase*.

Here are the details of our return policy:

  1. Products must be returned to us unopened, in original packaging, and in fully resellable condition. The return process must be initiated within 30 days and the return must be received within 60 days.
  2. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of damaged or incorrect items being received. Upon request, we can typically offer a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund that is processed.
  3. Returns must clearly indicate the order number of the return. We suggest writing "RETURN" and the order number on the outside of the shipping box and on a note inside the shipping box. On the note, please also indicate the item(s) being returned and the expected refund to help make sure you receive a quick and accurate refund.

*Miraco products fall under a different return policy. Miraco products may only be returned if they are in 100% salable condition. Please contact us before returning any products.

Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, or credit.

Any warranties or guarantees offered by the manufacturers of the products we sell must be handled through the respective manufacturer, though we are happy to assist you with this process.
