Shipping & Returns

Most importantly, all of our fence chargers ship anywhere in the continental USA at absolutely no shipping charge (Yes, free shipping!). If you purchase any other products, there will be a small shipping and handling fee added, but we will still ship anywhere in the USA.

Note that large (weight-wise, not dollar amount) orders may need to be shipped freight which may affect cost and ship time. When we say large we mean hundreds of pounds, so the average order is not affected.

When will I get my products?

Most products ship same day or next day (depending on when your order is submitted). Some products that are not stocked in our warehouses will need to be ordered, but you can expect them to be shipped out within 3 or 4 business days at the latest.

You can usually expect to receive your product within a week. If you have any questions about this or would like to follow up on an order, feel free to give us a call and we'd be happy to help!

Return Policy

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back within 90 days of purchase*.

Here are the details of our return policy:

  1. *If your product is unopened and in original package and the return process is initiated within 90 days - Simply ship the product back to us and we will waive the restocking fee and refund you the full price of the item.
  2. If your product is opened but still in the original package and the return process is initiated within 30 days - Simply ship the product back to us and you will be refunded the full price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.
  3. If there are any defects or errors caused by us, we will certainly waive all restocking fees and pay return shipping for you.

*Miraco products fall under a different return policy. Miraco products may only be returned if they are in 100% salable condition. Please contact us before returning any products.

Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, or credit.
