Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back within 90 days of purchase*.
Here are the details of our return policy:
- *If your product is unopened and in original package and the return process is initiated within 90 days - Simply ship the product back to us and we will waive the restocking fee and refund you the full price of the item.
- If your product is opened but still in the original package and the return process is initiated within 30 days - Simply ship the product back to us and you will be refunded the full price of the item minus a small restocking fee.
- If there are any defects or errors caused by us, we will certainly waive all restocking fees and pay return shipping for you.
*Miraco products fall under a different return policy. Miraco products may only be returned if they are in 100% salable condition. Please contact us before returning any products.
Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, or credit.
